Terms & Conditions
By scheduling or authorizing service with UUUU Appliance Repair Services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Last Updated: August 20, 2026
1. Scheduling & Cancellations
-
Appointment requests are not automatically confirmed. We will contact you to confirm the service details, availability, and estimated arrival window.
-
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Missed appointments, last-minute cancellations, incorrect addresses, or lack of access may result in a service or cancellation fee.
-
Arrival windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, previous appointments, parking, or access delays.
2. Estimates & Diagnostic Fees
-
A diagnostic or service call fee may apply for the technician’s travel, time, inspection, and diagnosis.
-
After inspection, the technician will explain the issue and provide an estimate before any repair begins. No repair will be completed without your approval.
-
If you choose not to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee remains due.
3. Payment Terms
-
Payment is due when the diagnostic visit, repair, installation, or approved service is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, check, or other approved payment options.
-
By approving the repair estimate, you agree to pay the final amount for the approved service.
4. Appliance & Surrounding Condition
-
Please tell the technician about any known appliance problems, leaks, noises, smells, previous repairs, or property concerns before service begins.
-
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn parts, poor installation, weak cabinetry, damaged flooring, plumbing issues, electrical issues, or other conditions that existed before service.
-
If the appliance or surrounding area is unsafe or unstable, the technician may stop or refuse service.
5. Gate Access Requirements
-
If your property requires a gate code, building entry, concierge approval, parking permit, or special access instructions, please provide this information before the appointment.
-
If the technician cannot access the property due to missing or incorrect instructions, the appointment may be rescheduled and a service fee may apply.
6. Parts Availability
-
Some repairs require brand- or model-specific parts that may need to be ordered.
-
Parts availability and delivery times may vary due to supplier stock, manufacturer delays, discontinued parts, or shipping delays.
-
We will provide an estimated timeline when possible, but supplier and shipping timelines are not guaranteed.
7. Parts & Warranty Policy
-
Qualifying repairs may include a limited warranty on labor, parts, or both, depending on the repair and invoice details.
-
Warranty coverage applies only to the specific repair performed and parts installed by our technician.
-
Warranty does not cover unrelated issues, new failures, misuse, power surges, water damage, pests, pre-existing conditions, or repairs performed by another party after our service.
8. Damage Liability
-
We take care when working in your home, but appliance repair may require moving, opening, or disconnecting appliances.
-
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, poor installation, fragile flooring, weak cabinets, worn hoses, corroded parts, hidden leaks, or issues outside our control.
-
If you believe damage occurred directly from our service, please contact us promptly for review.
9. Limited Liability
-
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service related to the claim.
-
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including food loss, laundry loss, appliance downtime, parts delays, appointment delays, or property damage caused by pre-existing conditions.
-
Nothing in this section is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Work Area Preparation
-
Please make sure the appliance and surrounding area are accessible, clear, and safe before the technician arrives.
-
Remove personal items, furniture, rugs, dishes, laundry, food, or stored objects that may block access.
-
If the appliance cannot be safely accessed, service may be delayed, limited, or rescheduled.
Property Access & Safety
-
An adult (18+) must be present during the appointment to provide access, approve estimates, and authorize repair work.
-
Customers are responsible for safe access to the property and appliance, including securing pets, clearing walkways, and providing parking or entry instructions.
-
We may refuse or stop service if unsafe conditions are present, including gas odor, electrical hazards, active leaks, mold, pests, aggressive pets, or blocked access.
